My client, a leading provider of Online Media and Recruitment Services are recruiting a Regional CEO to head up their operations in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in China. They operate in over 20 countries in 4 continents.

Principal Responsibilities

• The Regional CEO will be responsible for up to 5 cities in China, with 5 General Managers reporting directly to you.
• The Regional CEO will provide leadership and direction for Regional Business Operations
• Responsible for full P+L of the company
• Develop a plan to  groe the Regional business alongside your Senior Management team
• Monitor company performance to ensure progress is being made
• Attract develop, motivate and retain staff, ensure effective succesion planning is in place

Requirements

• Must possess a minimum of 10 years executive level experience at Executive level
• Must have extensive start-up experience preferable within the online media sphere
• Must have an entrepreneurial spirit coupled with abaility to work under your own intiiative
• Must be Client focused with a proven track record in sales

Remuneration Package

Salary – up to €120,000 + quarterly bonus + accomodation allowance + relocation package + Health Insurance + very low tax band.
