German speaking Inside Sales Representatives required

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets for defined territory
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail
• Manage the entire service sales cycle from prospect to close
• Generation of sales quotations
• Generate reports
• Ensure the integrity of client information is maintained in the database systems
• Responsible for the renewal of hi-tech service and support agreements
• Application of databases to research accounts and uncover new opportunities
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
• Fluency in English and German
• Previous experience, ideally in the technological sector is preferable but not essential
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Excellent team player
• Proven ability to form business relationships
• No cold calling

• €25.5K basic + up to €10K bonus p/a
