This role would be suited to those with a keen interest in IT and a flare for customer service

Location:             Cork, Ireland

The Role:

• Taking ownership of and logging all calls onto the organizations database.
• Maintaining a professional approach towards all customers showing empathy at all times
• Following procedures set in place to resolve any customers issues which may arise
• Trouble shooting issues with Clients with a knowledgeable approach
• Escalating all serious issues to team leaders
• Ensuring that you are available to assist Clients at all times
• Working with management to highlight any new or ongoing issues and providing feedback
• Communicate with all team members positively always representing the brand in the best light

The Person:

• Fluent GERMAN and English
• Strong and enthusiastic communicator
• Passion for first class customer service
• Previous call centre experience
• High stress tolerance

Salary:                  €23,000, Health Insurance, Life Assurance, Pension Plan, Staff Discounts, Full Relocation Package if required.
