Danish IT Support- Cork

A worldwide IT company is seeking a Danish IT Support to join its progressing IT Service contact centre in East Cork. 

Duties:

• Interact with customers via telephone, email and the web
• Provide customer service, technical support and problem solving
• Serve as a point of escalation
• Meet service level agreements and set targets

Requirements:

• Fluent Danish
• Fluent English
• 6 months+ customer service experience
• Strong PC skills.
