We are recruiting for a high profile client which is looking to recruit a Knowledge Management Project Manager / Programme Manager.  The responsibilities will include participating in the roll-out of a new Knowledge Management (KM) infrastructure and driving change management.

The role will focus on tactical planning, stakeholder and risk management, communication planning and leadership in establishing a Learning Organization supporting KM. Success depends on influencing skills and ability to define strategic initiatives and priorities for  Customer Services.

Requirements:

• Participate in designing Knowledge Management strategy for Client Customer Services
• Update senior leadership on program direction and solicit support/engagement
• Establish knowledge contribution framework and recognition scheme for knowledge evolution
• Drive program delivering knowledge usage, linking to CRM management and reporting
• Drive organizational alignment efforts with stakeholders and partners
• Institute Knowledge Capability as KPI for global operations and back office functions
• Oversee Knowledge cost benefit model conception including financial sign-off
• Proven ability to manage tactical and operational programs/projects
• Strong leadership skills, driving agendas and distilling plans/actions for a team
• Successfully works on multiple projects of all sizes simultaneously
• Program/Project Management experience, preferably at global level
• Knowledge of documented process design and workflow optimization
• Degree or equivalent experience in related field
• Previous knowledge of:
• Knowledge Management as a professional discipline
• Knowledge Management applications
• Knowledge Centered Support 
• The Learning Organization
• Familiarity with Localization industry desired
• Knowledge of Customer Service operations and processes an advantage but not required
• Project Management or Quality Management qualification a plus

Dependable attendance, flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel is a requirement of the role.
