    Customer Service Administrator – Dublin 
    Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, The customer Service Administrator will be customer focussed and will work as part of a team responsible for assisting in achieving its sales budget for defined geographic regions.  Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in a customer service environment You will be fluent in German, French and English, both written and oral
      
     
    Customer Services Administrator will be responsible for the following:  
    Responsible for processing all orders received according to the relevant Standard Operating Procedure.
    Responsible for effective and efficient communication with our customers.
    Attend and participate in weekly Product Scheduling Meetings when necessary.
    Setting up and maintaining customer files to include correspondence and invoices.
    Maintain pricing files per customer and implementing price increases as directed.
    Provide an up-to-date shipping profile per customer to the shipping department.
    Responsible for keeping a log of all backorders manufactured .
    Provide a support function to the sales department.
    Responsible for sending out literature and other general information to customers on request.
    Forwarding customer requests to relevant departments and following up.
    Assisting and helping reception in their daily duties when requested.

     
     
    Education and Experience:
    Fluent in German, French and English, both written and oral
    Additional languages preferable but not essential.
    Leaving Certificate – 3rd level qualification while not a necessity will be an advantage
    Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in a customer service environment
