Italian Customer Care Specialist

• Must have at least 3 years plus in a high volume customer service environment.
• Fluency in Italian is essential. Fluency in one or more European languages would be a distinct advantage.
• Self starter
• Strong system skills.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to take responsibility for personal and team workload
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
